Lynn Ehlers, Chief Financial Officer, has over 40 years of experience growing medical practices and small businesses. As office manager of Boulder Hill Dental Associates, she grew the practice in new patients and revenue resulting in the need to build and design a new space to accommodate the business need. Following that position, she transitioned to owner, business operator and manager of a John Deere Dealership. In twenty years, revenue grew from 125,000 to 5,000,000.00 placing the dealership in one of the top 20 in the nation. After selling the John Deere Dealership, she served a 7 year tenure as an accounts receivable and administrative assistant for a pest control company. In that time she grew revenue and employees from a staff of 2.0 Full Time Employees to a staff of 8.0 Full Time Employees through excellence in patient account management and grass roots marketing efforts.
